At Sacra Cana our customers satisfaction is our primary concern. Our products are a labor of love and our mission is to offer the finest quality products and ingredients available. If our product doesn’t meet your expectation, we ask you send it back within the first 30 days of your purchase so we can offer you a full refund or exchange. We do not accept a return with less than half of the product.
We urge customers to call in with any questions or concerns should they feel dissatisfied with the product. We do not cover shipping on any return unless the product arrived damaged. Please contact us directly or by email for a postage label in the case of damaged product. Please include a copy of the original receipt with the return which is mailed to you along with your original purchase.
We will send you a notification via email as soon as the refund has been processed.
If you purchased our product through a retailer then return it to the original purchase location for a refund or exchange based upon the retailer’s return policy.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once received at our warehouse.
